“My family holds our reunion here every year and this year's was just this weekend. The front desk staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Ryan and Diara were so friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire weekend- they both truly made a real effort to make all of us feel welcome, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Even the new trainee, Erin, and the blonde woman at the front desk that tried to help me find my lost sunglasses before I left today, (so sorry I didn't get her name!) were wonderful to deal with! I do wish the hotel had a few less "Out of Order" signs around, and I was slightly devastated that the hot tub in my usual room was gone, but the property is under a large renovation. Maybe they will replace the hot tub? Fingers crossed! When I gave my niece a bath and when I showered later, the water never really got hot, which I thought was quite strange. The only other thing I really wished for were mattress toppers for use with the couch's fold away bed. The staff and I were able to come up with a decent remedy to make it more comfortable, but it would've been really nice for both rhe staff and myself if the hotel had them readily available for guests needing to use their room's additional sleeping options.
